The Company's Kuiseb copper-gold Project in Namibia is held through Takoradi's 100% owned subsidiary, Nimrod Metals Limited (Nimrod), a Bahamas registered corporation. Takoradi, through Nimrod, holds a 70% interest in the project.
Ghana, West Africa.
Takoradi's principle gold interest in Ghana, the Bole project, is held through its 80% owned subsidiary Northern Goldfields Limited. It also holds a direct interest in the Kutukrom project in the western region of Ghana.
